The objectives of the training

To enable interns to acquire and develop language skills for welcoming customers at wine tastings and exhibitions, and to develop foreign markets. This will help them develop listening and hospitality skills, and promote the company's brand image.
The goal is also to familiarize interns with certifications, if applicable, and prepare for the exam in order to achieve the best possible score.

Educational objectives

At the end of the training, participants will be able to welcome a customer and respond to their needs, develop communication skills, ask questions, overcome their apprehensions, acquire verbal and grammatical knowledge, and give clear and simple explanations in the field of wine tourism.

For certified training: Test preparation and administration Awareness with a strategic approach Refresher of complex grammatical structures common to the test Development of basic vocabulary used in a test Consolidation of grammatical foundations appropriate for the test Techniques for better understanding Taking the test

Teaching methods and means

The approach is based on a pragmatic analysis of communication and behavior in professional situations, and aims to exploit all the learner's resources. It places the learner in a communication situation and, by creating a positive and motivating work environment, reactivates academic knowledge.

Assessment methods

The assessment of the achievement of objectives is carried out during the training through a simulation-based evaluation. It allows the achievement of professional objectives to be measured based on the objectives defined by the program. These skills will be confirmed for all certified training courses by a test selected from the following certifications (mandatory and included in the price for all CPF orders): CLOE ENGLISH registered on 15/11/2026 under code RS6435 ENGLISH WORK ABILITY TEST - LILATE registered on 15/11/2026 under code RS6118 Before the training or at the beginning of the training, a level assessment or placement test is conducted. At the midpoint and at the end of the training, each trainee completes a training evaluation questionnaire designed to improve our services through a quality approach. About a month after the end of the training, a cold questionnaire is sent to collect feedback after having put the training into practice.

No prerequisites; our courses are adapted to your level (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) based on your initial test.

LILATE Certification:

 

The LILATE certification validates your language skills according to the European framework. It is particularly useful for professionals looking to improve their international employability. The test consists of a single test: a face-to-face videoconference lasting up to 60 minutes with a native examiner. The LILATE assesses levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, or C2.

 

CLOE Certification:

 

The CLOE certification certifies the ability to communicate in a multilingual environment. The test consists of an online written assessment lasting approximately 50 minutes. A second oral test takes place via videoconference with an assessor and lasts approximately 20 minutes. The two parts are inseparable and result in a final level between A1 and C2.
